ULTRACON – MiG 17

High range Water reducer and Retarder for concrete

Performance

- Reduced to 18% of water use, the corresponding reduction of cement used;
- Increased ability to work and the conformity of concrete even in high slump;
- The ability to maintain long-term slump
- Increased ease of placing, improve pumping of concrete mixtures;
- Increased durability;
- Increasing the compressive strength and flexural strength of concrete;
- Reduce the concrete cracks due to shrinkage, decreased permeability;
- Not contains clorua and not cause ferro-concrete erosion;
- Complies with ASTM C494, Type D&G.

Application

- Used as superplasticizers and prolonged setting time for the concrete;
- Used for concrete items as:
- Thin structures with thick reinforced density, the large size slab,
- Foundations, walls, piles,
- Compliance with requirements of concrete grade (20-40) MPa.

Dosage

- 0.6 - 1.2 liter/100kg cementitous

Storing

- Dry, cool place
- The duration of use within 12 months from date of manufacture.

Packing

- 200 Liter drums, IBC 1000 liter, or at requested by customers.

Consideration for use

- It should be tested beforehand to assess the suitability of the product for each type of cement & aggregate and offer optimum dosage for each concrete mix;
- In case of overdose, may prolong setting time. But last strength will not be reduced.
- Using the mixer, do not mix it by hand when using the product;
- The product should be added to quantified water before introducing into the dry concrete mixture or wet concrete mixture; It should not be introduced directly into dry concrete mixture.

Safety, Health and Environment

- Avoid prolonged contact with skin, and eyes. Once infected, should rinse with water. If contact with mouth, wash and ask for medical assistance;
- When spillage, leakage: Quickly collect using the adsorbent (sand, sawdust, diatomite ..) then provides proper disposal. Do not allow dispersal into the surrounding environment, such as soil, water, sewer ..
